Who operates Vitaely
Vitaely is operated by JTaxon. Questions about personal data can be sent to info@jtaxon.com.
Data we process
We process account details, CV content, uploaded document text, generated CV versions, export records, security logs and payment references. Security logs may include your public IP address, request time, requested application path and approximate country. Stripe processes card details; Vitaely does not store full card numbers.
Why we process data
Data is used to provide the CV service, authenticate users, generate exports, prevent abuse, investigate errors, fulfill purchases and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are contract performance, legitimate security interests, consent where required and legal compliance.
Storage and processors
Application data is hosted using Vercel and Neon. Payments are handled by Stripe. Providers may process data outside your country using their applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and your rights
Account data remains until deletion or as required for payment, fraud and tax records. Security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting. You can delete your account and CV data in Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, portability or objection.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport and signed authentication cookies. No online system is risk-free. Material policy changes will be published on this page.
