Digital PDF purchases
A Vitaely purchase provides access to download a generated PDF and the regeneration allowance shown at checkout. The service is digital and delivery begins when the paid CV is unlocked.
When to request a refund
Contact us if you were charged more than once, paid but could not access the purchased export, received a corrupted or unusable file that we cannot correct, or believe a charge was unauthorized. Include your account email, payment date and payment reference, but never send card details.
Change-of-mind requests
For digital services already delivered or downloaded, refunds are not normally offered solely because you changed your mind. Mandatory consumer and withdrawal rights in your country always apply and are not limited by this policy.
How refunds are handled
Email info@jtaxon.com. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside Vitaely’s control.
